Nightforce Ring Height

I am mounting a Leupold VX3 4.5-14x40mmLR scope to my Rem LVSF 22-250 and have the Nightforce 2-peice bases with 20MOA,I am going to use Nightforce Ultra-lite rings. What ring height? (I think lows will work but not really sure) Any info you can provide would be very helpful. Thanks Tom

Mediums run a 56mm just fine. You will be fine with the lows and a 40.

with a 40mm you cant use a ring to low. go with the lowest you can get
