I'm in Pennsylvania, scope was on a rifle I bought so no I did not buy scope new. I bought one of Len Backus custom rifles off a guy and that what he bought the scope for. The scope has right around 200 shots on it.

I can vouch that the scope is what he says it is. I've shot the gun with that scope on it.
