I loosened clutch screws to set zero stop and the clutch wont spin freely I didn't force it however nf customer service said just turn it. Anybody ever run into this they usually spin freely back to zero.

Have you tried to back out your adjustment screws a little more? This has worked for me in the past.
Yeah didn't change it.
Gotcha, in that case technically there's no resistance then. Worst case scenario it just moves a click or two, it may just be held in place. give er a whirl!
