No zero stop but it does have the high speed (20 MOA/rev) turrets. Glass is perfect, but there are a few small imperfections on the bell edges and one tiny one on the tube, also the typical wear marks on the top edges of the turrets from use. Nothing that affects the image or function. $1300.00 shipped to CONUS
