Its SpaceX new satellites it just released into orbit. I think it is a cluster of 60 satellites that will orbit the earth for internet access, they will eventually spread out into their finale positions.

Something like 12,000 total satellites that will make up 2 grids covering the world. The goal is to have internet available on the entire planet. No dead zones, no towers or fiber optics.
