Just found your site, looks like a lot of knowledge & experience on here that I can learn from.
I have been culling deer for the state owned Forestry Commission here in england and realised that i have been missing opportunities to take deer because I am "stuck" in the 100 - 200 yards max syndrome.
Hopefully I can learn from you guys and be confident in taking that longer shot.

Welcome to LRH and enjoy! I was stationed in RAF Lakenheath in Brandon, Suffolk in 2000-2003 but never had the opportunity to hunt or shoot.
