Loading for 6.5 PRC ,will be shooting these loads in chilly weather I'll try a Fed 215 mag primer N170, charge weight range from 48.5 to 53.6 They post velocity from 2431-2667 out of 24" bbl shooting 147gr Hornady ELDM . My rifle has a 28" bbl any predictions of velocity ?

Their load data is messed up, you should be over 3000. If not find a different powder. I use a lot of their powders and usually their data is pretty good, but they are about 300 fps off on the prc.

Out of friends rifle, N-170 with 147 gr wont quite get to 3000 according to GRT. Max in grt is 63.5 gr @ 2952 fps

Very interesting. Maybe their powder load data has been lawyered up ?
