Gang, I recently acquired a used 110 Ul 270 Win. at a significant discount due to it having been in a house fire. I shot it for the first time yesterday with Federal 140 Berger factory loads to get it on paper and then followed with some of my 130 Berger over H4350 handloads (100yds forgot my bull bag, shot off of a camp chair bag). Looks like it wants to shoot. Its currently topped with a 13oz Leupold freedom 4-12 just to keep the weight down, unloaded it weighs 7.26lb. Sections of the barrel and action were slightly scorched but cleaned up fairly well. I intend to run some lighter hammers and barnes through it soon.
