That looks great! The checkering reminds me of the Mod 70 featherweight laminate stocks

We looked at a ton of different checkering designs and the Winchester one is just classy... so we may have... used some of their styling cues... :D

Our checkering for the laminate stocks will be more modern and not completely wrap around to get their price down.

We will, however, keep this checkering design on our solid walnut American Hunter stock with ebony forend and grip caps.

All stocks will have the Mountain Tactical logo engraved as inconspicuously as possible on them.

So far everyone who has handled the stocks in person love the look of the logo and how we have placed it.

My factory varmint tupperware stock weighs 2 lbs 1 oz.

I had opportunity to put fingerprints on the new models- great first impression! I wouldn't be at all surprised if one followed me home soon....
