Here are some pictures of the new shooting bench at our 100 yard range. I know this probably isn't the proper forum to post this but the range forum looks pretty dead.

I had planned on shooting Saturday but when I got home, my Father-In-Law had already torn down the old bench so we spent all day building a platform for the new bench. He will be putting a steel roof on it this week. The bench is rock solid. In hind sight, I would have made the table a little wider but all of my equipment fit on it fine. I didn't really need a spotting scope.

The platform is built from Japanese Larch to resist rot. Bench is made from old Red Cedar poles and Hemlock with a bajillion coats of varnish. My Father-In-Law doesn't do anything 'half-assed"!
