New reloading manuals?

Hi,

Anyone got an idea when Sierra, or Nosler are going to put out a new manual?
Near as I can tell sierra's 5th was in 1998.
Nosler's was published in 2002.

I can't see any reason to buy a 4 year old (or older) book.
