New Mexico and Arizona Trip - questions

I am leaving next week for Albuqerque New Mexico for a week and the to Yuma, Arizona for a week. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could do hunting wise while I am in the area? Pigs? Birds? Any suggestions would be appreaciated.
