New to long range shooting, as a retired National Guardsman I want to continue to improve and manage my skills in marksmanship. Recently purchased my platform Savage 110FCP 338. Looking forward to exploring what I can here and experiencing a few hunts in the near future with friends.
If anyone has shot the Winston P. Wilson matches, as I attempted once, it was a great experience and much knowledge was shared. I hope to read and share here to become a better shooter using optics, as we trained mostly with hard sights.
Please feel free to post any good reads for me to brush up my skills and educate myself, as I have limited experience beyond 250-300M. With my limited use of scopes, I added a Burris Eliminator III to my platform.
