Kansas based deer and elk hunter. Infatuated with bolt action rifles. Have enjoyed this site and forum for years but never posted. I have many rigs for hunting large game, but my favorite is a built 7mm STW. Have shot elk and deer with that rifle out to 568 yards (longest shot I have made on my best bull elk). My Dad was a airborne ranger and I learned to shoot on military rifle ranges all around the country. Thanks for having me.
