Wanted to introduce myself. From North Texas. Been a competitive shooter for 30 years. Have owned many fine weapons over the years. My very favorite was a match rifle built by stick from SG&Y. Don built it so well that the gun was always contending for a win if I did my job well. Shot F-class at Ft Wolters for years. The 6.5-284 was my choice of cartridge. Ft. Wolters is gone now and competition in long range has dryed up in the area.
Lately I've been shooting big bore lever guns. An 1886 recently joined the family.
This looks like a super site and I hope to contribute in some small way.
