Just received my new Gunwerks Clymr stock
yesturday, very happy with it overall. Ordered it inletted for a Remington 700 long action with hinged floor plate, Proof Sendero barrel inlet and it dropped right in. Carbon Black color.

Having both manners and mcmillans before I wouldn't say it's superior in build, I was able to mess with one of the clymr stocks at the Sheep Show and really like the looks and ergonomics of the grip with the thumbshelf, I like how thin the forend is aswell with the built in rail makes a very packable setup. For me it was something different from the more tactical stocks you see that I really liked.

The only thing that I would change on the Very Good looking rifle is go to CDI PRECISION G W
1852 University Parkway
Sarsota Fl. 34243
and get one of their drop in bottom metal for a 10 round magazine or even a 5 round.

Those are very appealing stocks, the built in pic rail good idea. Looks like it would be good for a lightweight compact short action build.
