hello folks. Just joined the forum to lurk and learn, and candidly to eventually list an ATACR 4-16x42 eventually. My shooting is almost exclusively whitetail hunting, and I've lost access to the one tract I could take 4-700 yard shots on.
So I will probably remain a short/medium range deer hunter unless I locate another tract, but enjoy reading and learning. At this age(78)any day in the woods is truly a blessing, as is still being able to climb into a stand and deal with deer I've harvested.

Seems like 150 yards is a long shot now, which works well with the at platform in 300 HAM'R I went to this year.
