New unfired Seekins NX15 upper for sale. This came off a complete factory rifle and is done in their Sniper Grey cerekote. Sold the lower off and was going to use this on another rifle with a different optic for a different purpose. It does have the factory BCG but not the charging handle. It will need 1. I sold it off and was going to get a Radian ambi but never did. Great deal here for a hard item to get these days.
