I seriously considered one of these, but a buddy I went to school with is a Rock River Arms dealer so that is probably what I'll buy. I am wiring a building for one of the guys I work with and he offered me a RRA as payment.

This is my first AR in over 10 years and so far it is a tack driver, .5 MOA with my hand loads. Just sent the barrel off to be cut back to 14.5 and to have the AAC Blackout compensator pinned. I should have my AAC M4-2000 Can in hand around Aug. total length should be around 21" on the barrel with the can, 16" without. Its at 20" now.

The stock is solid and feels great.

I am wating till I can shoot my 11.5 AR should have my stamp in a month or so. I will be getting a Can next year after i finish one more Rifle build. The Can will be used on the 11.5 and my 20 inch AR. Dont forget to post some pics when you get the gun bacn and when you get the Can.

Mounting the scope like that gives me an unobstructed view of the turrets and the illumination controls while behind the gun. I do twist turrets on it when I bring it out into the PD fields.

Just picked up the M4-2000. Can't wait to shoot it now. I'll be archery elk hunting for the next week so I am a little bummed it won't be before than.
