Depends on the brass. Nosler brass, I check the weight sorting, load em and go, Rem, Win, ect yea they need to be prepped, (Win) culled, cussed..............
I agree with neck sise, trim, chamfer, ream, tumble then load. I do this for all of my loads. But, if I load for others I FL sise, trim, chamfer, ream, tumble then load.
Yes I do, as several of my gun) are wildcats of some sort, I usually don't have much of a choice.
But for some of the others, as Rem, Win etc brass usually comes out of the "econo-cheapo" plastic bag, the case mouths are usually beat to crap & OCD kicks in... I can't help it...
Depends on brand, Norm or Lapua, no. Winchester (junk) yes full prep. I do spot check for length, prep fash holes, tumble chamfer and deburr. Ad someone said first firing fire forms, I don't hunt with it, although have not noticed much accuracy difference.
