Two questions:
1) Is there useful information to be had from shooting new brass? Ie, play with powder charge or seating depths for chosen neck tension, powder, primer, bullet?
2) What is your successful method, after selecting a powder charge, for choosing ladder seating depths? Ie, what start/stop/increments of depths?
I chose my bullet from match grade ammo that shot well, but at 0.060" off the lands. I've developed my powder charge on once-shot at 0.020" off the lands (243, 90gr Hornady SST, but still have 60 rounds of new brass from the same lot
