Need some help!

I am looking for someone that does professional digital picture editing. I have two pictures from a hunting trip that seriously need some help. I am fully aware that they cannot be fully corrected. In all the excitement after I shot my sheep, I neglected to pay attention to where the sun was and consequently, they have sun spots(I guess that is the correct term) across them.

I am just looking for someone that can clean them up a bit and fix them as good as can be. Thanks for reading this and any input you can spare.
