need gunsmith for Remington 700

I have gotten my Remington custom back and have decided to have the bolt fluted and tactical bolt knob put on..Can anyone direct me to a gunsmith that does this?

+1 on Nates work. He did a terrific job installing the brake on my weatherby. You need a magnifying glass to tell where the barrel ends and the brake begins.
