Need a Barrel Cut

I've got a 26" Remington SPS in .308 that I want cut and crowned down to 20".

You know the old adage, Inexpensive, Quick, and Quality... You can only choose two...

I'm choosing inexpensive and quick (so long as the barrrl turner has a good reputation). If they offer Cerakote, even better... I may go that route too.
