what is causing this, i am a bit of a novice but the 1st 20 i reloaded the neck crimped around the bullet, but the first one i tried the bullet fell to the power level of the case, i didnt resize it to 30 cal lol
What type of sizing die are you using?
Have you actually sized the cases?
The chamfering tool has nothing to do with neck tension, it's only needed to give a slight bevel on the inside/outside of the case mouth on new brass and after trimming.
More info on what you have/haven't done is needed to answer your question correctly.
