just wonder what you guys recommend for a neck turning kit and turning necks does it wear out the neck more bye more movment in the chamber when fired

I have a couple of K&M set-ups and they work great. As far as wear depends on how much you are taking off. If you are trying to fit a tight neck chamber it won't create more wear but you don't want to take abunch off for a factory chamber. I use mine on some wildcats to eliminate the donut and just clean up the outside.

thanks guys for the help. i have a 6.5 and my es is usally between 6-12 so i was thinking neck turning might keep that lower it is a factory savage 12 but plan on putting a proof carbon on it soon and im using the lapua brass

Definitely not the best kit by any means but, for the cost I've been impressed with the Hornady neck turning kit. You have to "RTFM" and get it set up correctly or you can run into problems but when setup correctly, it works very well. Most complaints people have about the kit stem from being setup incorrectly and then blaming the product for failing. That said, there are definitely better options out there if you're willing to spend more.

thank you guys bye turning the necks will it help me keep my es numbers down its lapua brass
With at ES of only 9-12fps I seriously doubt you're going to get much gain.

The biggest gain I've gotten on ES by far was simply by using minimal neck tension by using slightly oversize expanders so it barely holds the bullet in position then using a factory neck crimping die to put a very light crimp right at the case-mouth.

one thing I'll warn you about is when neck turning do not get into the shoulder/neck junction at all or you will severely weaken the case. I ruined a bunch of very expensive cases by doing just that.
