I have some n570 for my Norma and curious if anyone has used it for the 270 wsm with the heavies and what luck you've had with jt
N570 for 270 wsm 170gr loads?

Don't have a WSM, but it works great in the 7mm RUM

Cause length and capacity is so different I can't really use that info. I know n570 is a good powder just not sure if it's working for people in the wsm cases with the heavies
I think it would be good, I love it in my 6.5 PRC with 156 Bergers, and my 338 Lapua with 300 grain Bergers.
I think it would be to slow. 270 wsm loves 4831sc with 140 so I would try h1000 retumbo with 170

Case becomes very full with N570, but with 24 inch barrel it gets 3000fps at max pressure. Even trumps Reloader and Norma propellants with speed. If you can load a long COL it might just work.
