Mystery ranch NICE frame w/ XL ALCE bag

Frame size is M, belt size is S fits to a 34" waist?. Never used it after purchasing about 5 years ago? Bag obviously has seen little use and is still very serviceable. I believe but I'm not sure the frame is Berry compliant.
