So go to the range when others aren't usually there, such as early weekday mornings, or find your own place to shoot. You can cause just as much trouble for others also, I was trying to teach a girlfriend of mine to shoot a .22 single shot, while someone 2 spots down was sighting in a .300 win mag with a muzzle brake. Tell me that wasn't frustrating. So we went off into a section of the woods where is is quiet and shot there. If you don't like people shooting at a shooting range, you have to get your own.
