My New Custom Tikka .223ai Varminter.

Just been to pick up my new toy.

Its a Custom Tikka T3 .223AI.

Specifications as below.

Tikka T3 Stainless action.
26" Kreiger fluted 1 in 8 barrel
Mcmillan A3/5 Stock.
Marinetex bedded and fitted with recoil lug.
Alutec Bottom Metal and 10 round AI Magazine.
Alutec bolt shroud
Ase ultra sound Mod.
Schmidt and Bender PMII 5-25 x 56 with P4F Reticule.

Not started load development yet but I hope to push 80 grain Bergers to about 3000fps ish and 75 A-Max out to 3100fps ish using varget. The rifle has been throated to take the longer heavier bullets and the 80 grain bergers will kiss the lands at 2.405".

If you have any knowledge with load development in this calibre and the heavy bullets can you please get in touch.

Beautiful piece of work. If it shoots as good as it looks you've got a great rig there.
