Brand new! Masterpiece Arms MPA "bolt action" scope mount. 30mm 1.250" height. For use on picatinny rails. Can be used for be used on bolt action or AR style rifles. Height is suitable for 56mm objective or smaller. This is a brand new mount that I recently purchased but ended up needing a mount for a scope with a larger tube diameter. Never mounted on a rifle or put a scope on this mount.
