Mountain rifle contour barrel

I'm looking to replace the heavy barrel on my Remington 700 LA 6.5x284 build with a much lighter weight/contour barrel that My aging legs and body can carry up and down this steep Idaho terrain. I would even consider a trade for my 26" (with brake) Rock Creek stainless barrel threaded for the 700.

I'd really like to stay with the 6.5x284 because I have all the auxiliary equipment, but I must admit there may be options I haven't considered. What do you have in mind?

I have a stainless factory Remington .270 mountain rifle barrel. Has about 200 rounds through it. I took it off to go up a contour. I'd do $70 shipped
