I'm looking for the most destructive bullet on the market so far I've been loading accubonds they seem to be close to what I'm looking for I was wondering if there's something with more tissue damaging.

Depends on what game you are shooting. The V-max will blow up a woodchuck where as the accu-bonds usually go straight threw and not much damage.

It depends somewhat on the target.

Frangibles are fairly destructive on small/thin varmints, etc.

And, depleted uranium works well for punching through armor plating.

So, what are you trying to destroy?

It's all relative. What are you looking for in a bullet?
I look at it this way:
Barnes crushes bone, & is known for penetration, but does less tissue damage than say Berger
Vs
Berger which is known for less penetration, & but more tissue damage, & higher B.C.

I'm right in the middle for what I want from a bullet.

Id rather have the Accubond for better B.C. than the Barnes, & a bit more tissue damage, & expansion at lower velocity.
Id also rather have the Accubond for the tougher construction, & penetration than the Berger, & give up a bit in B.C.

I have hered literally TONS of good & bad about all three mentioned.
I really respect Broz, & value his knowledge, & skill, & he swears by Berger. but I still won't shoot Bergers cause they don't typically do what I want from a bullet.
I respect LTLR, & his skill, & knowledge, & he swears by C3 but I won't pay that much for C3 bullets.
Neither shooter is more right or wrong than the other. They just have different expectations of terminal bullet performance, & probably even hunting styles. Eventhough they both shoot LR Very well.
Now I'm not even in the same league as either of those two guys, but I prefer Accubonds as the best of both worlds for what I expect of a bullet in terminal performance, & my hunting style. I hunt form 0 to ? yds. depending on the critter I'm after. I don't want to use a fragile LR Berger at close range, & high velocity, & I don't want to use a tough as nails Barnes at LR for lack of b.c. & expansion. Then there's C3 which I can't afford to shoot, & I'm more than satisfied with Accubonds anyway.

So, again its all relative. Your hunting style, & expectations of terminal performance will have to dictate what's "best"

If you want a larger wound channel, than any solid, good penetration with most exiting and dead animals where they stand. And the most accurate production long range bullet you can buy bar none. You want Bergers.

We shoot alot of coyotes here we don't have praire dogs though I wish we did so I just want a bullet to blow one in half I'm shooting a 300rum and also a 300win sendero We do alot of deer hunting and usaully I shoot deer right behind the shoulder and sumtimes they still run off into the thicket and very hard to get to so I want a bullet that will blow a massive hole

The Hornady 168 gr. BTHP Match bullets are the most explosive 30 caliber bullet I've ever shot. They will literally blow a coyote in half. If you use them on deer the meat loss will be extensive.

When the 168 Hornady BTHP first came out I think in the early 70's I got a box for long range whitetails out of a 300 wby. One walked out at about 100 yards. There was a little hide holding the two deer halves together. A small strip on top and a small strip on bottom. It basically shot the deer in half.

I do not know what the bc is on the cutting edge raptors. I know it is lower than the long range bullets I shoot. It is the most devestating bullet on the planet though if you want to stop something right now in it's tracks. Looks like a hand grenade goes off in the animal. Look at there website and see if they have anything on it. They had them at media day at the SHOT show and some test targets at the show showing the explosion after the initial hit. Amazing bullets if you are looking to absolutely destroy a target. If you plan on having much to eat after the shot they may not be a good idea.

About the 215 and 230 Bergers someone asked about. I am anxiously awaiting the new 230 grain hybrid hunting bullets and hoping I get them before my bear hunts in May. I am going to use those on long range bear out of the Mcmillan Outdoorsman 300 EOL mag. If they do not get here in time I have some 210's loaded for more long range testing and will try those on the bear hunt.

I am with WinMag on this one. There is no good choice or bad choice, but the one you like the best. I prefer the Nosler AB's, you get the best of both worlds, great penetration and a big wound channel. I have killed around 30 whitetails, give or take a few with them and they will plant them. The furtherest one ran was around 75 yards shot at 304yards and that was my fault, shot him back and blew up the liver, he was dead but didn't know it. I shoot 165gr. in my 30-06 and 160gr. in my 7STW's. My best friend shoots 180gr. in his 300 Weatherby Mag. and it is NASTY!:D

As most have stated, it depends on what you are shooting, but I have personally found that the old Nosler partition is a pretty efficient bullet for destroying tissue as well as penetrating. The downside is not a great b.c. which is only an issue with the longest ranges............Rich
