Montana rack of lamb, crusted with coarse honey mustard, garlic aioli mayonnaise, and juniper berry spiced rub. Roasted at 450°F for 20 minutes (uncovered for rare), removed from the oven, then rest for 15 minutes covered with foil and paired with Hibiki Scotch. OMG, it was very tasty and tender.
