Mold size for casting 308w

I inherited my dad's CZ 550 in 308w with 1-12 twist. I'm starting to reload, but I'm interested in casting bullets for it. Looking at the different molds I'm not sure what size. I'm interested in 160-180 grain. Debating powder coating or paper patch bullets. Should I get .309 or .311 and size to .308? What are yall experiences and recommendations.
