Why do you need to rotate the drill hole ? what do you want to accomplish?
The only reason I could think of is to better center the firing pin, or change the spring tension, (If I do that, I use small washers to get the tension I want or need.
Always interested in learning something.

Ya, not often, Alex Wheeler does it all the time.
I am wanting to increase the distance the firing pin moves when I lift the bolt handle.
