Model 70 Short Action One Peice Bottom

Long story short I have a good friend 80 years old ex marine that is getting back to shooting, (finally) but only rifle he has is short action Winchester model 70 that he went to refinish and has lost the bottom piece the follower? He has just the barrel action and stock
We've looked for a week with no luck and I'm thinking it might have been lost when moved to a smaller home after his wife passed away? I have him shooting one of my rifles now but I think he might be having trouble with that because he's wanting his rifle back.
Hoping someone out there can help get him back shooting his rifle.

Let me know if you have lower stuff for a model 70 short action one piece floor plate with the follower spring and plate?

I think I have some Winchester springs and followers as well if 8x68s don't work out.

We just checked it looks like it will work. So I'll get on Boyd's and we'll order the bottom today.

Okay we're ordering the one piece floor hinged floor plate, just need the internals not sure the correct dimensions if the box would sit in action looks like 2-11/16"? This rifle is a 270 short mag.

I think we have everything, but the mag box for a short mag ..
8X68's is a great guy, not saying everyone on site isn't lol
