Model 70 - Identification and Mfg. Date Help

Gentlemen,

I recently acquired the below Model 70; however, I cannot find a Ultimate Shadow model in 7mm-08 with a 24" barrel. I am hoping that someone might be able to provide some addition information on this model and perhaps a manufacturing date. Unclear on the meaning "C" in 70C, or NS listed on box label. This is my first Model 70

Where is it made? Most likely Portuguese production, it's slightly possible it's a New Haven rifle.

Claw extractor lends to the 70C possibly equals Classic

Go shoot it and quit worrying about the box, it'll shoot and does it make you happy? That's all that matters.

NS stands for "No Sights".
70C is classic action CRF.
Most likely New Haven, if it has a "G" prefix on the serial number then it is a New Haven gun.
Portuguese made guns have 2 numbers followed by 3 letters then all numbers in the serial.
