Older Win 70 post 64 that has been trued

Complete bottom metal
It has a Broughton barrel on 1.25 straight contour 23.5 in long
Chambered 7mm rsaum unfired
Has the Tubb speed lock and firing pin.
I got this in a trade. The guy told me who the gunsmith was but I forgot, I know the smith is a competitive bench rest shooter.
Looking to get $1300. Also looking for a .338 Lapua or Edge, or pm me with what you have to trade.
