Millett or Falcon (Brittish)... Anybody heard of or use them?

Hi all just got a suggeston that Millett and also Falcon was good. Never heard of them... anybody?

I have a Millet 4-16X44 (Buck Gold)on my 300 RUM. It has not failed on me, since I put it on my rifle 3 years ago it has worked very well. My longest shot to date with the scope has been 420 yards. I have heard both good and bad things about the Millet scopes but I figured if it was to fail on me, I could just send it in to be fixed (I live close to them) and put it on my 22-250 or 8mm sporter.
