I ended up with this rifle several years back. I wanted a first year production Ruger 10/22 International. The women I purchased it from wouldn't just sell me the Ruger it was everything in the safe or nothing. So I purchased the lot.

I loaded it up once and shot it. Everything functioned fine. It has since sat in the safe.

I believe it is a 1969 production rifle.
