Marking new barrels after Marking, stamping, engraving, laser mark, vibro-peen

I have one rifle that was rebarreled and chambered. I have one rifle that might get rechambered. What part marking method is favored, such as stamped, engraved, laser, or? Right now, there is no chamber marking at all on the new barreled rifle. Only I know it's a 270 Win....
