It's the TMR I'm pretty sure. Leupold doesn't list the tmoa as an option for the MK 4 on their website. I'm not sure why they did that on these, but their are a ton of MK 4's out there with mismatched turrets and reticles. Being that this is a second focal plane scope, it never really bothered me. It's pretty rare that I'm on 20x when I'm hunting, so my reticle never matches my turret anyway.
394947x is the serial number, not sure about model number, I'm pretty sure that 6.5-20x50mm LR/T is the model
