i fixed it. it had the mini chassis as listed out of stock. the micro chassis is in stock. i don't have any short actions with the micro chassis. I have the short actions without the chassis though.

Yes.

I haven't tested it on a heavy recoiling setup but when I threw my 6.5x47 lapua into one on a short action the groups were very similar to when it was in my stock I had bedded. To the point most people couldnt shoot the difference.
