was it blind mag does it include bottom metal is it blued or stainless ?

it was a blind mag I have the follower and such all comes with was blued I duracoted the barrel green..

Does it have a trigger guard and mag. box. Also did it start as a short mag or was it converted. Where do you live in Oregon I will be driving to Bay Area down Highway 97 next Thursday.
