M14 or M1a

I know it's questionable as a hunting rifle but I know most of us are gun guys as well. I build 1911s and recently I've been putting together M14s. Most interested in Fulton or Bula but will consider Springfield as well. Located in SW Idaho.

I have one of those Springfield Armory M1A Super Match with the McMillan Stock and Kreiger match barrel.

Nice rifle. Do you exercise it much? I am at the range a couple times a week, usually shooting pistols but lately long guns have grabbed my attention. Put this together recently. Not a hunter but it sure is fun to shoot.
