I know you said no trades...but im kinda wanting to switch to a medium action on my wildcat that I'm working on...if you think you might want a short action magnum bolt let me know...

I've got a kelbly nanook SA magnum bolt. Brand new sitting in the safe. Was planning on using it for that 25 cal wildcat im doing but I'm starting to think It might be wiser to build off a medium.
I havent found a good detachable magazine that has the coal im needing that I won't be worried about feeding issues or the tips getting deformed/jammed up

There's one that goes well over 3.1" if I recall.
Can't remember who makes it right now. Maybe UM.?
Yeah, thats my last resort. I really don't like the design on that one hanging down instead of flush, since that's typically where I hold and carry my rifles. Im not a sling user.
I thought a had a solution with the 3.00 terminus mag but the case head doesn't sit flush the the back of the mag eating up around 40 thou of capacity

Yeah if those radius areas were milled flat that problem would go away. I just don't have the tooling for it.

Am I right in thinking you're looking for a med sized action dbm?
