low power compact spotting scope

I need a low power compact spotting scope for 10 meter air rifle competition, something in the 15X range with a 40mm objective. Obviously it must focus down to 10 meters or less.

Website says close focus of 6.6 feet.

I have the 16-48x65 Celestron Regal M2 with ED glass and a manfrotto tripod Box for the scope. One leg's a bit sticky but works and looks fine Scope has the mfg's nylon cover n caps. Tripod has the quick release adapter and ball head control. With carry nylon carry case. 20"-too high for me height. 450 shipped for both.
