looking for scope for up to 1k shot

i am not sure what the best scope would be to take a 1k shot and would love any and all suggestions.

that's a really broad question. it would be helpful if you would narrow it down a bit. There are lots of good companies out there. Things that might make it helpful are your parameters...price, magnification, preferred companies etc.

Without knowing any of that, if I could walk into a store and buy the scope I want. It would be a Nightforce 5.5x22x50

5.5-22x50 & 5.5-22x56

I went with a 3.5-10x Mark 4 with the TMR reticle. I like it and it's a superb scope, but I wish I'd gone with the 5.5-22x56mm NXS. The Old Man has one on his 7 mag and I'm kicking myself for not going with it on my 300.
