I had one built by Mcmillian several years ago. I am not sure that they do that any more. I inquired with manners and they said that you could buy one of there stocks from Nosler but not from them due to it being a prorioatory contract with nosler.
Tried that route however they do not build one for the m48 only the newer ones and they have a slightly different footprint another downfall for Nosler! that is according to Nosler.
Not familiar at all with this model, but... if the critical dimensions for fitment are close, you might be able to get a flat top and have it inletted similar to the discussion in another thread running now.
Call Chad at LRI and talk to him about it.
